Jammin' for Aunt Laura

I pulled this little guitar off the high shelf yesterday and Brynn Rose has been dragging it around constantly. We had ourselves a little jam session. Where are you when I need you Laura Rose?!?

1st Piggies!!

Brynn probably could have had piggies before now--but I finally got them in her tiny little wisps of hair!

She insisted on putting on her "cougars" (BYU cheerleading outfit) and getting her "shakers" but Mom couldn't find the right ones right away, hence the pouting, clearly.  

She now informs me when things are "awesome, Mommy" and performs the "we did it" song and dance that Dora does quite animatedly! Can we say DIVA yet?!?

Big Brother

Never having had a "big" brother, I don't totally know what to expect from Ethan--Sometimes he could fall into the "BIG BOTHER" category, but for the most part, he is generally a very good big brother. Brynn absolutely adores him and all the little fun games (i.e. jumping off furniture, destroying the house, etc) he comes up with. She copies everything he says, and does everything (or tries to) he does. If he's talking--she's talking at the same time too--and finishing hers off with the same word as E-man. It's pretty funny. She has been calling him "E-fit," "E-fee" or "E-fits"--all of which he is tolerating.  He did proudly inform me yesterday that he had taught Brynn how to clean up his Legos for him--"Isn't that great Mom!!??" Wow. What a pair these 2 are making while Sophia is at school!! (Brynn all the sudden switched from calling Sophia "So-So" as she has for a while to "Phia" a couple days ago)

For the record--I do have 3 pretty great "little" brothers--although, they're not so little anymore!!
