Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day! We had a great day and hope everyone could enjoy their families! We are so grateful to all of our wonderful mothers and grandmas, and great-grandmas for all they do for us!

The Wave

Brynn's new favorite things are:

1. Waving--loves the reaction, but usually stops as soon as Mom pulls out the camera (I did get some short clips! See video below)

2. Saying "eese"--for "Cheese" Can we say mom takes lots of pictures? (Lots of eye rolling from daddy!)

3. Her little orange car--LOVES IT. Would spend all day climbing in and out, pushing it, getting pushed by all of us--mom even has to carry her up the stairs IN IT sometimes.

4. Being OUTSIDE!!!--Spring is coming!! Yeah!!! Although yesterday morning we went sledding on 4 new inches of snow but Brynn crawled all over the grass all day today! Weird.

Amazing

Ok, so I know I should be writing something amazing about my kids--new miracles or discoveries they are making in their little lives, or some other really great thing--but seriously, this is amazing. We have a helium balloon that has been in the air for 12 days now--and it's still going strong. Ethan and Sophia both got balloons after their little visit to the grocery store Easter bunny the day before Easter--THAT'S 12 DAYS AGO PEOPLE! Sophia's was on the ground the next day. Ethan's--still floating. Here's the proof--I guess I should have the date stamp on it, but seriously, I know I am a little cuckoo--but why would I make this up? Could I have really just made it up? No. People. This is real. I will let you know when it goes down--if it ever does (eerie music playing in your head)......

****update---19 days now but sadly, it is lingering just halfway in the air. I do now believe that the movie "Up" could really be a true story--anyone want to give it a try?!

New Tooth and Grandma's Visit!

Can you see my new tooth?! It's the little white gleam there on the bottom. It's my 1st one and I'm very proud! Sorry Aunt Laura--it's hard for me to hold still so my mommy can take a picture of it! But the video might help you see it better!

We love it when Grandma (and Great grandma) comes to visit! We did so many fun things--swimming, running, bikes, reading, piano, puzzles, cook, fun, fun, FUN!!!!
