Happy Halloween!

We had a very fun Halloween and hope you did too! Here are some pictures from our busy day of parades, parties, and trick-or-treating! Fortunately for Brynn, costumes are a part of her daily life, so she was many things over the course of the weekend! Tinkerbell at the parade:
Alice in Wonderland with her white rabbit!
Ethan's parade:  (Brynn joined right in, she was pretty sure she needed to be part of everything! Ethan was a nice big brother to let her come along with him!)
FINALLY it is time for some last pictures and then off trick-or-treating! We had great weather for it even!
 Checking out my friend's loot:
No Halloween would be complete without a visit to the candy fairy (aka Frankenstein, aka best neighbor Paul!)
Wow!! Ethan had just as much, but his picture didn't turn out!

What a fun night for a little princess!

Pumpkins!

Alice in Wonderland Halloween Party

We had our annual Allen Family Halloween party on Saturday with "Alice in Wonderland" theme! Sophia even talked me into making her costume--it turned out pretty good! Well, she liked it and that's all that matters!

Here's an Alice from the real people movie, the Queen of Hearts, and Alice from the cartoon!
A fancy Cinderella (did you really think she would be anything other than a princess?!)
 "Army Guy" playing croquet:
My SIL Melissa and MIL Debra did the decorations and they were awesome!
Mad Hatter's Tea Party for the tables with the croquet garden in the background:

A couple of the great costumes this year!
I was Cinderella's fairy godmother if you can't tell!
Real Army guys (thanks to our neighbor who even got the "WARD" patches made for them!

 "Drink Me" bottles--don't grow Alice!
It was a very fun party that everyone looks forward to every year!

Fall Fun

A visit from Dad on Conference Weekend
Even a little snow early in October!
Then back to nice sunny days and field trips for the kids! Sophia is so strong she kept doing pull ups over and over...

We had a busy fall break going to Planet Pizza one night with some friends, movies, out to eat every night (yeah right! I'm not cooking when we're on "vacation!"), and a trip to Cornbelly's with our friends and neighbors:

Are we seriously following the kids through the corn maze?!

A trip up to Park City to see Aunt Shirley and Uncle Jeff:

No fall would be complete for this Ward family without a trip to The Stadium (with plenty of treats!)
