We did the Children's parade on the 28th and then since we won we got to be in the Grand Parade on the 4th! Very exciting, and very exhausting! It was even tiring being pulled IN the float as Ethan shows--since he fell asleep at the end! He was actually really cute most of the way and waved his flag and waved at the hundreds of thousands of people (they guess about 250, 000!) Anyway, it was fun and hot. Sophia wondered why she didn't get a popsicles after the big parade, and I did too!
