Children's Parade!

We "swept" everyone away with our "Surfin' USA" float at the annual Children's Parade yesterday! It was a crazy, busy, lack-of-sleep 5 days before the big event--but we pulled it off and even won the grand prize trophy! Everyone had a lot of fun (except for maybe the guys that had to haul this thing and the jeep!) surfing down the road!

We cooled off with popsicles at the end and a trip to the pool! It was a great day to spend with a lot of our family and friends!

(Sorry about the pictures--I didn't get many good snapshots and I have spent the last few HOURS trying to put a video on here from my new camcorder and the whole thing froze up and lost all my work--I will try again later!)

Oh that first picture of Brynn I felt so sad because I didn't even recognize her! I think it was just the picture because the other ones looked like her but still! She probably doesn't even remember me :( Thanks for FINALLY putting some pictures up! Soph looked so cute playing the piano with you and she looks SO much like you. E-man...I just can't wait to have a little man like him.

I'm so flustered! My blog tells me you haven't updated in months, but it turns out I've been missing all these awesome posts! :(
Good job on the float. Your kids look so old!

I know Laura. Brynnsie certainly looked "older" like she is a part of everything. No more baby in her. Congratulations on the winning float. Very creative. I loved the Father's Day pictures, too. And the carnival ones are great, too. I'm glad you are having soooo much fun. We miss you. Love, Mother
